Sorry I can't help, but I have a tip: I think might have a better chance of getting an answer if you post this kind of questions in the Commons or Product Suggestion forums. I don't know about that particular outfit texture, but here are some shader sets that have some cute pink options.  Some of them also have LIE patterns that you can put over any color, or even decals, that you can put anywhere.

It was a texture that Sveva used on several texture expansion packages. So please check with her or her store :)
