Texture animator vs ABAS: Animated Shaders System

So I want to ask, what's the different between these 2 products? Does anyone own both and can you please share your experience with it?

They look the same from their descriptions but this one can animate files & VDBs it says: ABAS: Animated Shaders System | Daz 3D
