(SOLVED)dForce BS Bob Hair for G9 auto-fit to G8 problem

AsuCafeAsuCafe Posts: 111

Two questions about "dForce BS Bob Hair for G9".

1.When I use smart content and check "Filter By Context", it does not appear.

2.When I use auto-fit to G8 and then selecting material will show "Error"

It works fine on G9.

I have tested several G9 hair, and only  "dForce BS Bob Hair for G9" causes problems.

How to fix it?

  • The materials are Hierarchical - they look for a Gensis 9 as the base of the hierarchy. You could load a Genesis 9 and parent the hair to it for applying materials (no need to change the fit to).

Alternatively another simpler way: select your G8 figure, change its Node Name to Genesis9 via the menu : Edit > Figure > Scene Identification.

Then apply hair Material Preset with G8 figure selected or the hair node selected ~~
