Can't Move Menu Items when Customizing

Hi,

I'm using the current Daz Studio Beta, and when I customize my UI I can't move or change the location of items in menus.  I used to be able to drag items to any position within a menu but it simply won't do it.  Is this a bug or am I missing something?

Strange, but after a restart it's working again.
