Help with clothing converter

I brout Clothing converter for genarashion 4 the only probleam is i can'y install it it states i need name and key

I have no idear where you get this when i put in order number it states its wrong where do i get a key as theres no zip and no email

I don't know how to even contacted Daz about it  just confused

Have you checked the "serial numbers" section of My account? I don't have the product but that's where I would expect to find those.
