Adding furniture for my character model

Hey everyone,
I tried to find furniture for my model, but it's not in DAZ 3D Studio. Where can I find furniture and settings for my character model? Sometimes, I have to pay for stuff from the marketplace. This is my first time using DAZ studio. I used to do AutoCAD back in the day when I was creating logos and objects.

Furniture is quite a popular thing for freebie makers, if you check through https://www.daz3d.com/forums/categories/freebies you may well find some. Don't limit your self to Daz Studio items, however - as long as there are OBJ or FBX files you should be able to import other models too, though the materials may need adjusting (or redoing for many OBJ files) and with OBJ, if you don't know which application it was made for you may have to experiment to get the scale and orientation in space correct (if you do then Daz studfio has presets in the OBJ import dialogue that you can choose to get the settings correct, with luck).
