Custom Categories in 4.22 transfer to 4.23?

I have a bunch of custom categories to make finding what I want easy, but it's on 4.22. If I upgrade to 4.23 will the categries transfer over or am I going to have to make then all over again?

    I have never lost a custom category when upgrading. That said, export your User Data (Content DB Maintenance -> Export User Data). It will save a number of .dsx files in the first Runtime/Support folder it finds in your Content Set. These can be re-imported in case of any problems. Alternatively, zip the entire cms database (%APPDATA%/DAZ 3d/cms) and put it somewhere safe. Always prudent to have a backup, or two, at regular intervals (learned the hard way). Save your DAZ Studio installers, also, you cannot get older versions...
