(SOLVED) Having issue with a product

So I bought:

Years ago.  I've just updated my work station and had to do a full redownload and install of Daz and my considerable library.  It shows the product, Sci-Fi Projectile Weapons are installed in the library browser, but when you go into it, there's just framed Exclamation point in the triangle of everything, props, poses, materials.  I've uninstalled and reinstalled it.  I've uninstalled, downloaded fresh and installed, nothing seems to want to fix it. 

Any  ideas?

    You can also find them in your Poser Library, according to the Readme and that's where I found them a couple of minutes ago:

    • You can find new icons for loading this product in the following Poser Libraries:

      • Hands: “Nightshift3D:SFProjectileWeapons”

      • Props: “Nightshift3D:SFProjectileWeapons”

    The wierd thing is it's not just that the icons are gone.  When you click to load them into the scene nothing happens.There's a message box that flashes up for like a split second, but I'm never fast enough to read the message, or keep it on the screen.

    Look in your log Help > Troubleshooting > View Log and see what the message is.

    And as you might expect, the Scene is empty and the Scene tab in the Outline is also blank.  Nothing loaded.  The entire product seems this way.  Any ideas?

    How are you installing?

    Your log says you are installing with Connect, and I think the unexpected ')' is a decompression error.

    Well, perhaps I wasn't as through as I thought I was.  I just redid the uninstall by choosing uninstall in Daz, then again uninstalling it in Instal Manager.  Then deleted the links in the ready  to install in Daz itself.  I then installed it again with Daz Central, meaning to try both it and Install manager and for whatever reason, this time, it installed properly, I can see the icons in the Library and when clicked the items populate in the render space.

    Dunno what changed, but it's working now and thanks very much Felis for the help!

    Sometimes files in Daz Connect fail to decript properly - and it may be that you have a pathing error that is preventing DS from seeing the Install manager files. Deleting the product metadata (which is what I think you did with " deleted the links in the ready  to install in Daz itself") so that it has to be redownloaded will sometimes fix the issue.
