(SOLVED) Can't Remove Limits in Render Settings (DAZ 4.23)

Hi everyone, I've recently upgraded to DAZ 4.23 and have run into an issue that didn't happen in previous versions. When I render I like to set my Min Samples section in the render settings to around 1000. However, the default max value is 100. Normally I would click on the gear icon to go to the properties and disable limits, but that doesn't appear to be an option in DAZ 4.23 for the Render Settings tab (see attached image, the properties option is missing). Interestingly, I can disable limits for figures in the Parameters tab since I can access the properties option there. It's just the Render settings tab that doesn't allow me to access the properties option to disable limits. Has anyone run into this issue and know how to fix it?

After some more testing this is actually an issue that affects the entire Render Settings tab and all the sliders within it. I can't access the properties option for any of the sliders in the Render Settings tab.
