Help finding a collar

Hi all. I am new to the forums and I am not sure this is the place to ask. I found this amazing cat collar/choker I would love to own, but for the life of me I cannot find it to purchase. It is on this model here in this package but does not come with the collar. Would love help finding the collar for sale! Thanks in advance.

That collar is sold by someone on Deviant Art, I can't remember their name off hand, will see if I can find it on my computer as I did grab it.

The bell part might be from an older collar. I don't have this one to verify it.
