How to stop new versions of Diffeomorphic from removing parts of Base Female UVs.

Prior to 4.xx versions when I merge geografts it would create a new UVs for grafts, but the original body UV (base female) will remain exactly the same. After 4.xx parts where I apply grafts are deleted from base female UV. For example I add new breasts and genitalia as geografts and if I look at a torso part of UV it will have holes in those places. It's very annoying and makes working with material harder.
I'm attaching a screenshot of one such ruined torso.
Is there a way to stop Diffeomorphic from doing it? I tried turning off some options in merge geografts settings, but nothing changed.

update. This is now fixed with the last commit, thanks to Thomas for the nice work as always.

p.s. Anyway the uvs are deleted because the geometry is deleted when the geograft is merged, so there's no way to keep the original uvs, not in the last or any previous version. What happened is that the geograft udims did not match, and this is fixed now for geograft copying materials from the base figure, that's what we are interested in painting.
Or you can keep the original uvs merging by hand with geonodes, which will not delete the geometry, but this then has other limits can't be exported to games for example.

Thank you. Hope they can fix it.
