Very Strange DAZ behaviour while loading files

I have DAZ3D recently 'squishing' itself to take only half of the screen space when it's loading stuff and jumping briefly into not responding state. After a while when model/set is loaded, it jumps back into correct aspect ratio. I never had it happening before. Is there any fix for it? I tried reinstalling, and different DAZ versions (4.16 and 4.23) Is there any fix for it? It doesn't break any stuff but it's just very annoying to deal with

Example in attachment.

I would suspect a system issue - some utility that is modifying the display, or a GPU driver issue. Does it happen with other tasks that give a modal (blocks access to the rest of the application) progress bar? What about other dialogues, such as Edit>Preferences?

It Happens only in DAZ from what I observed during the day so far. It started happening suddenly earlier today, without any particular reason. I  did open edit > preferences and it was normal. It only happens when DAZ seems to be briefiely in Not responding state in windows it's loading stuff or closing down/clearing RAM. Not really sure what could cuased it, I'm pretty confused about it myself.
