ABAS: Animated Shaders

Why doesn't [ABAS: Animated Shaders] this system include "Opacity Cutout" when the object is a geometric shell? It is nearly perfect. If it had this one setting, an object could fade between two entirely different shaders.

Also is there any documentation? I have no idea what "Copy to Animated Shader (Reset channel)" or "Copy to Animated Shader (Keep channels)" do or how they are different.
I apologize that I'm of no help on the usage, but I always try to find and bookmark any manuals. Here's where my Animated Shaders pdf is located if that's of any help:
Daz 3D/Applications/64-bit/DAZ 3D/DAZStudio4/docs/Plugins/ABAS Animated Shaders System/ABAS Animated Shaders System Manual.pdf
Oddly, when I opened my bookmark, the link was dead. In DIM I found a second larger file available to download. Installing that brought back the pdf manual to the same location. I've probably had a dead plugin sitting there for a while and didn't even realize it. So, in a strange way, thank you. I'd have been really confused later when trying to use this.
Also here's the link to the documentation center page if that's more helpful:
http://docs.daz3d.com/doku.php/public/read_me/index/83848/start
It says there was an update a few months ago that may account for my lost files and the newer download.
Now, I'm getting this error
I only purchased it yesteryday. So the PDF was there. There just isn't any link to it in the DAZ Library or at least not one that I can find.
Thanks.
The Cutout Opacity in PBR Skin is being discussed in another thread, please keep this one for the Abas error.
