Does anyone know where I can find this hair or something similar?

I feel I should know it, but don't. It gives 'Prae' vibes to me, but doesn't seem to be either here or at Rendo, so I'm not sure. There are quite a few similar hairs sold by Prae that may be close enough for you, but 'Close Enough' doesn't often happen. Sorry.

I also thought Prae, but could not find it in either store.

Now, by similar OP means Curls and Volume? Then Prae is the go to for that, lots of variations. But if similar you mean volume but kinf of messy, then i don't know.
