Is there now a new Daz Studio with the introduction of DAZ Premier?

I read about this new program at DAZ, and it suggests there is a new and more capable DS. 

If this is correct, in what ways is it better?

Daz Studio Premier is DS Pro with extra plugins. Most of those plugins were previously PA products by ManFriday and have been purchased by Daz.
