I know how to get the head poses for Gen8 to show up in the Gen8.1 parameters tab. It involves deleting the dummy/placeholder files in the G8.1 morphs folder. Works great. However, is there a similar procedure if I want my G8 head poses to show up in the G9 parameters tab? So I can "Mouth Open" as opposed to "Jaw Open", for instance? Or has this been addressed in a previous thread to which I could be directed? Thanks very much!

Genesis 9 is a completely different figure from G8 and 8.1, so no, you can't get G8 expression morphs into G9 with a similar procedure.
Nerts. Okay, thanks.
Oh... if you just don't like Jaw Open other than Mouth Open. You can simply change Label in Jaw Open property's Parameter Settings. Then Save Morph Asset (Save Modifier Asset in DS 4.23)... or Save Modified Asset. Modify other morphs with "changed labels" in the same way.
But next time if you update G9 Starter Essentials, Jaw Open, yada yada will be back. So remember to backup your modified morphs (DSF files in data folder.), then restore them after update.
In my G8->G9 Pose Transfer script I offered an option to allow the user to transfer the head rigging. I must admit it's not perfect, but does an adequate job of transferring the facial expressions that are based on rigged parts of the head. So, while it does not transfer the 'Jaw Open' slider, it does instead look at the Jaw bone and looks at the appropriate X/Y/Z rotation sliders and apply the rotations to the G9 jaw bone. So, an expression based only on bones can be transferred, but can't be if it's based on morphs.
And, sorry, there is no way of transferring the head pose only.
