what does this yellow bar mean - bottom right

New to DS-  previous poser user. I am working on a mac.

I loaded asian river scene last night and this morning I am still seeing this...

Does it mean the scene is still loading things?  I can still move the camera and render okay?

It's the progress bar and it can show progress of a process depending on the action that Daz Studio is doing.
