Can anyone tell me if it is possible to keep the My Daz connect Liberary folder and the InstallManager folder on an external hard drive? My hard drive is full, I only have 25 Gb of space and I needed to free up space and these folders already take up a lot of space on the hard drive.

I don't use Daz Connect so I cannot advise you about it. I have DIM set to download package files to an internal, 1 Tb hard drive (D drive), install package contents to an external 5 Tb hard drive (E drive), install applications to the internal boot 500 Gb SSD (C drive). I keep DIM's manifest drives on the D drive. I also have DIM set to delete downloaded package files after installation but I manually download the package files from my Product Library and store them on a different external hard drive (1.5 Tb but getting full) for archive.
You should be able to setup your Connect content directory on an external drive if you change the path in DS preferences.
Is it possible to move the Daz 3D InstallManager and Daz /Users/Shared/My DAZ 3D Library ... folders to a folder on an external disk? I have my Mac osx hard drive very full and I need to free up space. Please post my question. I'm not American but I have the right to participate in your forums.
You can have your content anywhere you want, as long as DS knows where to look. Edit -> Preferences, click on the Content tab, then click the Content Directory Manager button at the bottom. Expand Daz Studio Formats. That's where DS looks for your content. Change that location to wherever you want to move it, then move it there.
edit: the "it" in that last sentence being your content, in case that was unclear.
Moved to Techncial Help as you are not Ameri.... I mean as it is not a Daz Studio application topic.
If you have any Mac OS specific problems, like formatting the external hard drive, check in the Mac forum https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/16599/the-mac-faq#latest and they will be happy to help you.
All of my content is on an external drive and I am also on a Mac.
You will find there are people from all over the world on these forums. The company is in america, however, the people are from everywhere. Ask all the questions you want, many here will help you.
Be aware that you also must change path in DIM (Daz Install Manager), so new products get installed on the new path.
And in order so DIM will know where the current products is installed (after they have been moved), you need to update the Manifest files with the new path (DIM uses the manifest files to keep track of where products is installed, if e.g. there is an update to a product). You can batch edit the manifest files with something like NotePad ++.
