Mane on lion not rendering

Hi.

I just purchased this item: https://www.daz3d.com/felidae-by-am--lion

It's a lion, it's supposed to have a mane, but when rendering with iRay or filament the mane doesn't show. I see it in the viewport when I have any style other than viewport or iRay selected. But it doesn't render. In filament I do see a bit of the mane. Am I missing something? See attached screenshot.

And by the way, I use iClone a lot and there's a way to contact the content seller through their website. Is it possible in Daz's website too?

If the Iray image an actual render or Iray preview in the viewport? Many hairs are set to not show on preview for performance reasons and so will only show when actually pushing the render button.

The only way to contact a seller is either via a support ticket (many PAs do not want to be contacted directly) or via a Product-specific thread if the PA has made one. For this product that would be this one: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/354871/.

You have to render the LAMH lion with the render button in the LAMH plugin to render the LAMH hair. The Fibre hair should render as long as you have loaded the fibre hair lion.

Yup. I figured that out after about an hour of messing around.
