Extracting Pictoglyphs?

Scrolling through the store, I discovered Pictoglyph Brushes, which I'd never seen before. I don't use Photoshop, so I'd love to know if a) the brushes also work in a program like GIMP or Krita, or b) there is some other way to extract the shapes from the brushes

I use ABRmate to convert but cannot recommend a safe download 

I have had it for years, now only the suss sites seem to have it
