hi i seen this character someone made and i noted they used an accessorie thats form an anime i liked and i wanted to know what outfit/accessorie its called as they didnt list any promo product info, i'd appreciate any help.

edit: i mainly want the ear/head things not the outfit but id get the whole outfit if thats how it came
