Welp, Hivewire figures are still cross-platform

They just turned loose Dawn2. Thre is a DS version, and it looks like most if not all of the initial content also has a DS version available.

I've seen some rather interesting characters for the base over on the Hivewire forums. But those aren't part of the initial launch.

Nice to finally see her released.

She looks pretty good out of the gate and is definitely a viable alternative to LF.  Ultimately it'll depend on what the vendor support is like, but I see that a lot of the DAZ textured stuff is being dual packed with Genesis versions.  Very smart as it minimizes the commitment required to buy into the figure.  I also see some PA names involved that really excite like MEC4D.

She has several characters for D2 that she has shown previews of. They look promising.

Mildly interesting that they finally got her released at a point that people are debating how willing they are to commit to G9. Original Dawn came out at a point that a lot of people were balking at G1, but were reading the writing on the wall regarding V4. (Not that V4 wasn't around for yonks longer. LF seems to be the first major contender on the Poser side.)
