Mirroring/Swapping animations - Solved

Hi, any way to swap/mirror animation made on a side to the body on the other? Like with poses?
I have an animation on the left side of the hand/arms and I want the exact same on the other arm. Is there a way? Tried using a mirror pose addon/plugin but it didn't work for the animation...
