Darkening the viewport outside of the camera

Hi, is there a way to make darker (or lighter) the viewport around the camera when looking through the  camera, like in blender? In blender you can set that to complete hide anything in the viewport outside the camera, and it's very useful for making sure you are framing and lighting correctly without distractions from the rest of the scene.

I don't use Blender much so not sure if it's compatible but if you click on the top-right corner menu of the viewport and enable "Show Aspect Frame" there will be a white border around the render area with the areas outside slightly greyed.

Thanks! Yes I'm already using that, but I find it's not enough. The whole scene especially when full is very distracting... IN blender is pretty much that but you can turn the "grayed out area" to full black - was hoping something like that in daz too
