I need to reset

I was in preferences and noticed that I could go full screen and multi-monitor. Well, it doesn't work. Now I start up Carrara and the screen is basically just black. I cannot access any menus to reset the preferences. Any idea how I can reset preferences "outside" of the program? I don't care if it the process resets all my preferences.

    I went looking and I found Preferences.txt in %currentuser%\AppData\Roaming\DAZ 3D\Carrara 8.5. I renamed it and Carrara started factory room fresh. I guess I found the nuclear option to reset preferences.
