I used to go to edit, to select the tab that would open up directories for Daz and Poser.  Has that been moved to Content library?

Content Directory Manager? That still allows setting the content directories. It is still launched from the Content Library options menu or from Edit>Preferencs>Content tab, that hasn't changed.
