Orphaned products not find-able in Smart Content. How do I fix?

Hello,
This a bit long winded, so bear with me.

Lately I've been finding I have assets that I didn't know I had. Let me explain with an example. I wanted to do a render of a pool setting, and I thought it'd be cool if I put my model on a pool float. So, I go into smart content, make sure nothing is selected in my scene and "All Products" is selected and type in "pool" in my search text. And, up pops a couple pool assets. Cool, but no pool floats. So I think to myself that I must not own any such asset. So, next stop, Daz store. I search for "pool" and there are a dozen or more products listed. Nothing looks interesting, so I search for "float". And listed are "Poolside Props" both 1 and 2. Cool those look like the ticket. So I click on them, and Daz tells me that I already purchased them.
Odd. So I go back to Daz and look some more, I search in Smart content again for both "pool" and "float" and the assets Daz says I own aren't listed.  So I click on the Content Library, and start poking around. Sure 'nough, If I go under Products, and "P" they are listed. Obviously, I bought this product, but I've been DAZing for 4 or 5 years now, and I must have bought it a while back and forgotten having done so.

I tried uninstalling the item (I closed Daz first). Deleting the download file, and re-install. But that made no difference.

What frustrates me is I can't find it in my smart content. Sure, I can double click on a float, add it to the scene, but I don't have acces to any alternate materials for that prop, if it even has any.

The really frustrating thing is that this is just an example. I've discovered multiple assets that aren't in smart content. I just bought the Plymouth Prowler yesterday. I installed it, and now it's not search-able under smart content. I bought a figure the other day, and it to is un-search-able.

So, what can I do?

Thanks,

A lot of products don't include metadata for smart content. A good example is the products recently transferred from Renderosity.

If you want them to appear in smart content you'll need to categorize them yourself, either manually or using content wizard

If you can find the product in your content library under Products, then try to rightclick > Categorize, and see where it is categorized. It might have ended up in Lost & Found. If so you can change the categorization to where you find it suitable.

Which product are you talking about?
