How do I change my avatar?!

I haven't updated my Avatar in years. I recently had a haircut, and figured it was time to get updated.

But I can't seem to find the way!

Or, click on the Cog icon -> [Your Name] -> Click on "Inner Cog" -> Edit Profile -> Change My Picture
