I haven't seen anything explictly secret agent-themed, aside from various lairs and hangers and such.
You may get quite a bit of mileage out of PW's Cliff House, which has a number of rooms and looks sufficiently luxurious/impractical for a spy movie.
For your Retro/Mod secret agent, there's the 70s Modern House and Retro Apartment, along with Retro Apartment's various props.
Curiously enough, Ian Fleming's Bond lived in a fairly boring 2-bedroom Georgian-style townhome in Chelsea.
This is not curious, but logical for a secret agent. Their apartments should probably look as normal and average as possible. Otherwise you could write 'James Bond, secret agent' on the bell sign ;-)
...which is absolutely a thing James Bond would do.
I think The Cliff House looks promising...
Yeah, I figured...secret agent houses , cars, and stuff would be common...
I'm surprized there is no super villain hideout... anywhere... as well...
I was sure Polish would have an apartment with the secret backroom full of weapons...but I don't see one...

Hacker Hideout Room | Daz 3D
One I just stumbled upon...looks like a possibility, after some kit bashing...
But the current price is ridiculous...

Well the Odissey Mansion is basically a dozen sets in one products, so the price is not that surprising. But better wait for it to be on sale.
This might be a bit too sci-fi but some pieces might be useful: https://www.daz3d.com/spy-sci-fi-room

@Censored also have a spy props set, released alongside Julias 9 (part of the two bundles):

I'm reminded of a Looney Tunes cartoon where the big villain had a great big secret villain hideout... with a great big neon sign with flashing neon arrow pointing at it saying "Secret villain's lair"!
Maxwell Smart and Agent 99 lived in every average looking apartments, wouldya believe, a bit retro seventies, but stylishly unassuming.
Consider that a 'spy' may travel a bit for extended periods of time. So what is happening at the home? Neighbors notice abscences. An author I read described a 'bolt hole' that might help your spy. Look for an apartment/flats building with multiple exits, near public transportation, parking underneath, and neighbors who also disappear for periods of time for work. And make sure to shut-off any CCTV cameras or redirect away from the exits. And a buttload of security and no concierage on duty.
Or your average home with family and tell them you character is a salesman/woman.
