Why no pubic hair on V4 models
Hello everyone my name is Bill and be learning and create peril artwork on my Daz poser studio 4.8 for about 10 months now and very happy working with the V4.2 and V2.4 models but I am puzzled why they don't come with pubic hair or option for pubic hair. In the Daz product shop I can't find a add on pubic hair for V4 either but there pure skin for V3 which does anyone know will V3 program work on V4? It doesn't appear that any of your V4 through V7 models come with pubic hair. In the future I really suggest Daz management add pubic hair product because women do come with pubic hairs.
Also outside non Daz products I can not load into my Daz installer so is there a Daz friendly pubic hair add on product that's not shown in their Daz shop library?
Thank you, Bill K.

Victoria and the other models don't come with it because they are expected to be covered with clothing, not rendered nude, though a lot of artists do render them that way. They also don't come with actual "anatomical elements" unless you buy the pro packs of the adult characters.
The challenge that I see with the quest of wjhk93_05a2fa0172 is that Daz3d is a PG-13 website. So anything that goes beyond that very strict limit will not be found here.
If you are seeking a merkin-type product, you will need to purchase that at any of the other sites that offer poser and DazStudio products.
What about armpit hair? People come with armpit hair too and you don't see that on any DAZ models. This would be especially useful for historical scenes where grooming standards were quite different than they are in contemporary America. I know you can get facial hair at the store here, and merkins from other sites, but I haven't found any pit hair anywhere.

and if you are referring to women, you are on your own.
Renderotica has armpit hair and other hair you may need.
There are always Look at My Hair or Garibaldi Express, though for Iray you need to export as mesh.
I have found http://www.daz3d.com/real-hairy-for-genesis incredibly useful for renders, men, women, etc. It fits well to G2F/M, too!

Etc.
One problem with Real Hairy...it doesn't have the foot hair for the halfling.
That is indeed a glaring ommission.
Um. Yes it does?

(It has Toes and Feet hair)
Exnem has a full body hair system for V4 and G3F a Renderosity. It includes pubic and armpit hair.
It's in my wish list...it's a pretty nice set. The V4 one should autofit to Genesis (I think there were some pics in one of the Iray threads of it on Genesis or G2F...
" So anything that goes beyond that very strict limit will not be found here. " Lyoness I'm not sure what you mean considering Daz 4.7 Studio V4 and M4 models come with optional genitalia and breasts with nipples.
Unless your referring to posting nudity on this forum which I browse saw none so I not going to post any of mine.
Leana Thank you but I know about Renderosity programs but it's not Daz studio friendly. Can't figure how to load them in Daz installer.
Timmins William, mjc 1016, others I give daz3d real hairy a try. Thank You, Bill K.
You don't use the installer...you need to manually install them.
How to install a product zip manually: Take the zip and extract it in a temp folder.
Find the folder which contains the "Runtime" folder.
Copy whatever is in that directory to your DS content directory, so that the "Runtime" in the temp folder gets merged with the one you have your content directory, and all folders which are at the same level as "runtime" in the temp folder go at the same level as it in your content directory.
After that the content should be available in DS from the "Content library" tab (not Smart Content). You will find items made for V4 in the "Poser content" section there.
Great news guys I was able to use: http://www.daz3d.com/real-hairy-for-genesis , in use the pubic hair on my V4 models. I could not find "Real Hairy" in the Daz produce library for it initially I thought it was all male.Thank you very much everyone. Bill K.
Hello,
How did you managed to adapt Real Hairy to V4? Thanks!
