dForce hair not draping

Was hoping someone could give me some insight on why certain dforce hair (mermaid hair, backbunch hair) does not drape when simulated. Instead, it goes in all directions. No wind nodes and just a regular character standing straight. Thanks

 

Sorry - found issue - can't have another hair hidden underneath. So, nevermind.
