Floor in promos

Hi, I love the products by Enterables. The new ones are amazing, but I always wonder what floor is used in the promos.

It seems there are only buildings without the ground around. Any suggestions?

    Both product pages list Feudal Japanese Houses as a product used in the promos, that includes ground plane.
