edited June 26 in Daz Studio Discussion
Issue started first week of June.... Test a/1 __________ 1a- Loaded V4 into viewport 2a- Loaded HDR 3a- Set camera 4a- Rendered image Time: 9.3 seconds ___________________ Test b/1 1b- Loaded V4 into viewport 2b- Loaded 2 standard cube primitive at zero location both about hip height, one to her left and one to her right. 3b- Loaded HDR 4b- Set camera 5b- Rendered image Time:1 minute and 36 seconds ____________ Something is absolutely wrong here, any ideas?

It will take longer in the second because the light will have to bounce more to hit the skin and cube surfaces where they are close together - by default the render stops when 95% of the pixels are converged (have stable values, how strict that is is determined by the render quality).
