How to access Legacy/Classic content in Ultrascenery2

When loading a terrain preset, USC2 gives me the option of All, or USC2 base content -- however, even when I select all, only the USC2 base content shows.  I can see the USC terrains in the Content Library, but there doesn't seem to be a way to load them.

Same goes for the Ecologies -- I have Mossy Hollow, Britain, Pines and others, but although I can see them in the Content Library, I can't load any of them.

How are they accessed?
