Genesis 9 distored

All of a sudden my genesis 9 is completely distorted. Is there anyway to fix this minus reinstalling daz? I've tried deleting packages, re-downloading them and installing them again but I can't seem to fix.

Reinstalling DS won't help, most likely it is a character or shape loading with a non-default value - does Edit>Figure>Zero>Zero Figure Shape help? If so go to Edit>Figuer>Memorise>Memorise Figure Shape, then File>Save As>Support Assets>Save Modified Assets and note in the options dialogue which are listed, then Cancel. One of the things that was going to save should be the culprit, now reload the figure and try zeroing each in turn to figure out which needs fixing or removing.
