Odessa hair (http://www.daz3d.com/odessa-hair-for-genesis-3-female-s) disappeared after the last product update. Materials and poses are there; along the new instructions panels, but the hair main file is missing.

I have tried reinstalled with no luck.

Edit: Re-downloading the package seemed to do the trick.

Is this in 4.8 or 4.9?  Is it missing in Content Library > Daz Studio Formats, or just in Smart Content/Categories?

How did you install/update it...manually or with the DIM?

If you use your OS file manager can you find the file?

Sorry, I should have been clearer.

I'm using 4.9, it is missing in both places; smart content and content library, I updated it via DIM and it is missing too in the folder.

Do you have DIM save the install packages?

If so can you check the file size?

It should be a fairly decent sized package...also check the contents of it to see if it is there.  If it's missing from the package, then open a support ticket, because it's sounding like the zip may be missing something.

Zip file is 92,5mb big. I found a .dsf file inside the data folder with the apropiate name; not sure if that is the one I need.

That sounds close to the size...and that dsf should be right...but why didn't it get installed?

Double check to make sure that both DIM and Studio are seeing the same content libraries...

All right, seeing I was the only one with this problem I redownloaded and reinstalled it again and it solved the problem. Guess something went wrong in the first download.

Thank you both for your help, you are very kind.

Either the download or the install...it could be that the download wasn't quite finished (get that sometimes) so the file wasn't able to be extracted...some archivers will extract 'partial' zips others wont'...not sure how the DIM treats them, though.
