Help, a bunch of animations are now deformed whenever a key is added.

My animations were fine previously but now the character is all wonky.  Even rolling back in source control doesn't fix the issue 0_o.  Oddest part is if I export the animation again from daz its 100% ok until I add an additive key.  Then it explodes as the old animations do.  Whats odd is if I delete all keys on the old animations it doesn't fix the issue on them.  I have not changed the mesh, skeleton, or these animations from febuary on.  rolling back in source control to an old version of the project doesn't fix the issue.  Whats going on?  Plugin issue?
