How to add "Parameter Settings" to menu in "Render Settings" and "Simulation Settings" tab?

Hello,

After some recent update the menus were messed up and "Parameter Settings" item is missing. How can I add "Parameter Settings" into menu in "Render Settings" and "Simulation Settings" tab?

See my menu without "Parameter Settings" item.
