Paypal payment stuck at processing and blocked cards

I have purchased in the past with no problems. But now when i try to purchase with my paypal accout it keeps getting stuck at processing after I pressed the pay button. I also have a different debit card in the past which i used in the past at Daz but no longer can be used. Just curious to know do you have a list of blocked cards at Daz payment, and keep blocking those cards permanently?If so i hope the block(or ban)-(for whatever reason) be lifted after a period of time because I dont feel like getting another card anytime soon. I hope Daz payment service will improve cause here I am giving money to Daz and Daz dont want it.
