    Same here. Purchase of a Debut new Release (SY More Toe Bones Genesis 9) is not increasing the discount on Feature Artist items in my cart. Please fix

    OK, today I bought Seamster | Daz 3D and got tokens so I will open a ticken about missing tokens from the previous purchase that I should have been available for me to use on the Seamster purchase today.

    Members who are not DAZ+ or Premier only receive tokens for each $15 spent: https://www.daz3d.com/daz-tokens

    So you would have had to make a purchase of at least $15 to get tokens.

    Thanks, DAZ Customer Support already also told me. I was wondering what was going on, I was piling up tokens faster than I could spend them when I was a Premier member.

    When I click on certain PAs that show up in the Featured Artist sections, sometimes no or partial libraries of their catalogs show up. Like if I click on the Magic Brush icon, 0 items show up although most of their items are on sale: https://www.daz3d.com/christmas-eve-artists#&filter_vendor=Magic%20Brush&filtered=1 And when I click on Mousso, it only shows older items when many of her newer items are actually on sale: https://www.daz3d.com/christmas-eve-artists#&filter_vendor=Mousso&filtered=1 Same thing with 3D Universe. Only shows a portion of their content on sale:https://www.daz3d.com/christmas-eve-artists#&filter_vendor=3D%20Universe&filtered=1 I haven't checked all the vendors but the links are not working correctly at least for these three. This is when I click on the icon for their store in the Featured Artist sections.

    it's also a holiday time of year places are shorter staff as many take time off for family.

  • I know this isn't likely to happen but shouldn't there be an alternative offer for those who already own the Nikolai bundle? Daz has a history of providing an alternative in these situations so it seems a bit unfair to be excluded from such a generous offering :(

    If you have a problem related to sale, write about it with as much details as possible (like screenshot of a cart exposing the problem, it doesn't have to be the actual cart you building, you can just chose items showing the problem).

    A moderator will read your message when they can.

    If it's a technical problem, either it's one that can be solved with the help of members, so better to ask in the technical forums, or you'll have to fill a ticket and wait for a Daz employee to read it.

    Regardless of the problem, it's the 25th of December and slower response time than usual is to be expected.

    Cause I want a quick response, if sending a ticket will take ages for someone to respond.

    Better I will get my 40 winks and I comeback to see if there is anyone willing to attend me asap.

    DAZ staff don't generally monitor these these forums; so it is unlikely they will be available on any day. However, the moderators are always ready to help if you post the problem. Or if you don't want to post the problem you could send one of them a Private Message.

  • The coupon code Pays-4-Itself doesn't work on many DO's. It works with individul assets, but not with bundles. I tried with Freja Mega bundle, Mira bundle, Calypso bundle and many others each time recieving Invalid code messege. But for example Celestial Forest works, please fix.
