Can't find it, but it looks Sveva-esque. The two below are similar style, but different textures (which could be re-created with some of Willmap's Lace shaders ). The second is a 'slipped off-the shoulder' boat neck top:

The first Outfit is "dForce Flashy" from Wolfie, available at Renderosity for G8F/G8F.1 and G9. Though I couldn't find the texture from your render. The red top is there, but with a different logo...

Product description lists "overlay decals". The logo you see on the promo pic for the outfit is likely the red texture with one of those decals, and another decal was used in keyla's promo pic.

Oh my, I'm getting old... I forgot, that I have this outfit in my Runtime. And yes, there are 10 decals (thank you for the hint!), and the decal used in the promo render is decal #10.
