    A new skin, but that certainly seems to be G8F's default face.

    That's definitely just the base Genesis 8 Female face. The texture would probably be a bit difficult to track down. Look at the fairer-skined characters by iSourceTextures and you might find something quite similar. Or Bluejaunte. There are lots of light skinned characters in the shop, of course, but those are the first two PAs whose work comes to mind for that.
