Braided Hairstyles for Genesis 8 Female

Hello everyone!
This is my first time posting here, so hopefully everything's okay. I have been waiting for a while for someone to maybe create something like this, but I have also been searching without success.
Most of my 3D art is fantasy and medieval based and I'd love to see more braided Hairstyles like the ones in Game of Thrones (is the closest example of what I imagine). Basically pretty much long, braided wavy hair. Most of the the products I've seen are either too old, genesis 9 or too straight.
Thank you so much for taking from your time to read my request! Have a great day!

Welcome to the forums!
I searched my chart of hairs for 'braid' and picked out the stores for the PAs who have produced hair products with braids in them in the past. You may want to review their stores for what might fit your desired period best, or what you might combine (remember to keep to the same type of hair, so you can use the same shader packs). I did leave off one artist whose focus is toons/modern character styles only. Some of these PAs focus on fantasy/sci-fi specifically for clothing/hair so it is a mixed bag to work through. Look carefully at the promo renders and pages. Others have a focus on hair and have a large body of work. Some are relatively new. Even with transmapped, older Iray hair, shaders can update it for use.

There is one hair, https://www.daz3d.com/dforce-tara-hair-for-genesis-3-and-8-females that is a Daz Originals, there were a few others but not as long or braided.
I hope this will help you.

Hello Nala, welcome!
Something else to look out for is the hair morphs. For example, if you look at the morph list (in the What's Included and Features section) of Alma Hair (not what you're looking for, just using it as an example), you will find some morphs that say
Now, I do not have this particular hair, but I have several that look straight in the promos, but when you load the hair there are options like that to add some wave to it. They usually are not very strong, but it does change the look. The best thing would probably be to choose a hair that you really like that has wave (or sometimes it says curl) morphs, and ask in the forum about that hair specifically. If someone there has it, maybe they can tell you how strong the effect is. If not, it's a bit of a pain, but you can buy it, try it, and if it's not what you want you can return it.
Good luck in your search!
Thank you so much Mary! I deeply appreciate the effort!
Ohhh I will definetly look into it! Thank you so much!
If you don't already have it, Iselind Hair by @AprilYSH seems close to the woman's hair on the first photo.
Here's a render (you should be able to zoom on the hair) and the product page for the dress worn by the woman also have a couple of renders with the Iselind Hair.
On my render (I never saw Games of Throne, but a dragon felt right in that context ), I had to move some parts of the hair over the left shoulder (she's wearing a cape and part of the hair was passing throught it), using the built-in bones, and I had to pose the right plait (I just learned how their are called, looking at the hairs themselves) to make it look a bit better (by default, it's straight). The rest of the hair auto-dressed themselves and should do on most poses as long as the head is up.
I also agree with @Fae3D: some hairs don't have any bones so if the system dressing them automatically failed, moving these hairs is (as far as I know) impossible without Mesh grabber, and still a pain to do with it, especially for the style of hairs you're looking for.
