Help with creating D&D Charcters

Hello! I'm looking for some general and product ideas for a project. I'm trying to create charcters for my D&D group. Anyone ever tried to create these well known races/class?

• Dragonborn Barbarian - anything close to a dragonborn look?

• Gnome Wizard - Good long beards and wizarding clothes?

• Tiefling Scorcerer (male) - Tails, horns, masks, scorcerer clothes etc
