I subscribed to the premium, but now AI Studio says I'm on the free package again

I was having a lot of fun playing around with Daz AI Studio, mostly out of sheer curiousity as I'd never used AI before. I can see the benefits in post processing renders, and hope the image-to-image tool will be available soon.

As I was playing around with Daz AI Studio so much, I thought I'd subscribe to premium. I did that last night, however now the Daz AI Studio page says I'm on the free package and have to upgrade. If it helps, I upgraded using my laptop last night, and just signed in with my desktop computer to find I'm apparently not on the premium package. Even though it's paid for and there in my order history.

Is this a glitch in the system? I tried signing out and back in again on this computer and the website is still saying I'm on the free rather than premium. Or is the subscription device specific? As I have a laptop and a desktop computer for everyday use and a third specialist computer for Daz Studio, a device specific subscription might be a problem for me. I doubt that it is though. So I'm assuming a bug in the system. I use the same browser on both the laptop and desktop (Chrome).

Personally I quite enjoy playing with this new toy. If anything, it gives me greater insight in what truly can be accomplished in Daz Studio - so it's a learning tool too. I've already set myself the challenge of recreating some of the AI images in Daz Studio just for the practice. Although I think my Daz Studio computer will have a heart attack when it sees all that d-force hair and fur it'll have to render. :)

What does the account page show, or is that where you are looking? https://www.daz3d.com/subscription/image_gen

    It says status: Active.

    Period: Monthly. 29 Days left.

Then there's the invoice details beneath it.

When I navigate to Daz AI Studio, it tells me I'm on the free plan with an option to upgrade. So obviously the added premium benefits, such as being able to select the different aspect ratios, are grayed out. It was all perfectly fine on my laptop last night. But it's not showing premium on my desktop.

I put in a ticket as I noticed on this forum someone else might be experiencing a similar issue. They subscribed on one device, but cannot use premium on another (their Android in this case). So I suspect both our problems have the same root cause: https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/680941/i-buy-daz-ai-in-pc-do-i-need-to-buy-for-use-in-android#latest

Yes, this sounds like a ticket issue - though I will point it out to Daz.

Yeah I get the same, it says subscribed at the top but classed as free version below it?

Try logging out and back in. This is/was an issue if you canel your subscription, though you should be getting the remaining time until the next renewal date.

Raised a ticket and subscription issue is resolved.
