I need to create a script where you can add active or passive mode to any object and the object like blenders physics tab

let me know if any of you can do this for me

    There was a project to develop a plug-in using Bullet, but I believe that fizzled out. A physics system, at least a full system, would not be a realistic project for scripting in any event.
