3Delight and Depth Of Field

I suggested to another User to use depth of field on a render and Was told it could not be done in 3Delight. Yet I found that it could be done; I was informed wrong. Has anyone else been able to do this?

Sure it can. The camera parameters are different for 3DL and Iray, but Depth of Field has always been available for 3DL.
I use DOF in all my 3DL images.
I wonder why I was told that.
