I made a Neontube with IES, I don't know why it has a selfshadow on the floor

Been a while since I tried anything glows. Is there an offset setting for the distance between the glowing object and the start of the light? maybe 'offset' or 'standoff' or 'minimum' or 'start'?
Anything Glows needs to be limited to a set of facets, making all the glowing surfaces on a big object does not give accurate shadows
eg a Chandelier you will not get a good result making all the bulbs on a single mesh glow but if each buld a single object with a unique name it will work
I think the IES is the problem
I tried another IES and no selfshadow, but also a little weird
