DressShop Upgrade

I already have Dresshop, however, I noticed that there is now a DressShop 2.0.

Does the Upgrade actually upgrade the old version to the the new- 2.0?    

(...or do I have to purchase 2.0, itself - is the Upgrade FOR 2.0, or does it Upgrade (the old version) TO DressShop 2.0? )
