Is there a product out to make clothes look wet?

I know there are a few products with the option to make a single pice of cloth look wet.
I'm more interested in whether there is an option to give any garment a wet shine look, with the possibility of allowing drips and water droplets to be visible on the garment, as is the case with many wet bodysuit options.
Maybe this is possible with decals, but I don't know if such a product already exists.
In my particular case, I would like to give leather clothing a wet look.
Thx for any help.

I'm not looking for the transparent look so much as I'm looking for droplets and trickles.
If you're trying to do something like rain droplets on a leather jacket, there's a melting ice shader in Ultimate Ice for Iray that you can see columbine getting really good results with on a car in this thread. https://www.daz3d.com/forums/discussion/663201/water-droplets-on-any-object How well this works is going to depend heavily on the UVs of the object, but it's a place to start.
Edit: Oh, you literally say you're trying to make leather clothing look wet. I can read, I swear. You should also check out the various WetFX products (searching the store for "wet fx", not "wetfx", seems to bring up all of them), which have decals you can slap on clothing.
Cool, thx a lot for the link. Product is in my wishlist now. The result looks very promesing.

Added too, thx also.
Have you looked at?

I have these along with the Iray WetFX 2.
I have been collecting any shader that might let me make lower legs of pants/cuffs wet when in heavy rain or puddles.
